Tim brings a strong foundation in recruiting, sales, and relationship-building to Guided Search Partners. Before joining GSP, he spent three and a half years in IT recruiting with TEKsystems, where he developed a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. He later transitioned into real estate, working as a licensed agent and investor in the Baltimore market, further strengthening his ability to build trust, understand client needs, and create long-term value.
Tim earned his Business Administration degree from Widener University with minors in Sales and Marketing. He is excited to bring his recruiting background, sales experience, and people-first approach to the GSP team.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys staying active through fitness and golf, investing in real estate, and being involved in his faith community.
