Guided Search Partners was founded in 2021 by a group of recruiters motivated by helping our clients and candidates achieve their goals. We started this because we believed in a better way of executive search centered around true relationships with clients and candidates. Originally, we built GSP on two core divisions: Plastics & Packaging Manufacturing and Food & Beverage Manufacturing. From there, we have grown into something we could have only dreamed of, expanding into new industries while staying true to our foundation. With our expertise in both internal and external recruiting, we understand the challenges our clients face daily and continue to evolve to meet their needs.
